1. General Information
Are meals suitable for vegans/vegetarians?
All meals are vegetarian, and some are also suitable for vegans. Please read the ingredients and product information.
What if I have allergies?
We take allergies very seriously. Here’s what you need to know:
- Check Before You Order: It’s important to review the allergen information on our website before placing an order. This will help you ensure the meals you choose are free from any allergens you may be sensitive to.
- Unsure? Contact Us: If you’re unsure about any ingredients or have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@savour-it.com We’re happy to help!
- Allergen Labelling: We clearly label all packaging with allergen information. However, please be aware that our products may contain the following allergens: peanuts, eggs, soybeans, lactose (dairy), nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphites, lupin.
- Nut Handling Facility: We operate in a facility that handles nuts. If you have severe nut allergies, please contact us before placing an order to discuss your specific needs.
How can I check the ingredients in each dish?
All full list of ingredients, macros and calorie counts can be found on the food containers and label and on the website when placing an order.
Do the meals have a use by date?
All our meals are prepared and delivered fresh and typically have a refrigerated shelf life of 3-5 days. Always check the “use-by” date on the pack nutrition label for specific guidelines.
If you can’t finish your meals within their shelf life, you can freeze them for extended storage. When reheating frozen meals, microwave them directly from the freezer and add a few extra minutes to ensure they reach the recommended internal temperature of 165°F.
How do I heat my meals? Can I heat it in the oven?
Meals can be heated in both the Oven and Microwave.
Microwave Instructions:
- Slightly peel back the plastic seal at the corners of the meal and remove any small pots within your meal before heating the meal.
- Heat for 3 minutes if chilled or 7.5 minutes if frozen.
Oven Instructions:

- Heat for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Fahrenheit (chilled) or 45 minutes at 180 degrees Fahrenheit (frozen).
Note: Heating appliances can vary, so please ensure the food is thoroughly heated throughout before consuming.

How many servings are there in a meal?

Is there a deadline to order meals?
Our order deadline is 2pm every Sunday for Tuesday delivery and 2pm on Wednesday for Friday delivery.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across mainland UK via a next day service.
What if I'm Not Home for Delivery?
If you won’t be available to receive your delivery, you can request to have your parcel left in a secure location or with a neighbour. Please provide clear instructions for safe placement.
We recommend being home to receive your delivery, as we cannot offer refunds for parcels lost or stolen after delivery.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver every Tuesday and Friday so you are covered for the full week.
How much is the delivery?
We offer a free UK delivery on orders over £100.

If your meals haven’t arrived or are damaged upon delivery, don’t hesitate to reach out! We’re committed to resolving the issue quickly and ensuring you have a positive experience.
Here’s how to get things back on track:
- Contact Us: Please email our team at info@savour-it.com within 24 hours of the expected delivery time or noticing the damage.
- Details & Pictures: In your email, please describe the issue (missing meals or damaged food) and include any relevant details. For damaged meals, attaching pictures will help us understand the situation better.
Our team will investigate the matter and get in touch with you shortly to offer a solution.
2. Billing
How much will it cost?
Our pricing is based on the meal plan you choose. Please note that we have a minimum order requirement of 6 meals.

How does the subscription work:
Subscription Basics:
Our subscriptions start with a minimum of 6 meals, which you pay for when placing your initial order.
Payment Schedule:
Subscription payments are processed every week. You have the flexibility to make changes to your meal plan (meals, delivery address, pause, or cancel) 72 hours before your delivery date.
Order Lock-in:
Once your payment is received, your order is confirmed for delivery.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Managing Your Subscription:
We understand that life gets busy! Here’s how you can easily manage your Savour-It Meals subscription:
Pausing or Skipping:
- Online Account: Log in to your account to pause or skip your upcoming delivery. This is the most convenient option.
- Need Help? If you encounter any difficulties, simply email info@savour-it.com for assistance. Our friendly team will be happy to help.
Important Note: Pausing or skipping is not available for the first week of your subscription. This is because orders are locked in for delivery after the initial payment is processed.
Cancellations:
You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time. Similar to pausing or skipping, you can either do this through your online account or by contacting us at info@savour-it.com.
Change Window:
To ensure smooth delivery scheduling, we offer a window for making changes to your next delivery. You can modify your meal plan (meals, delivery address), pause, or completely cancel your subscription 72 hours before your delivery date.
How do I change my meals or subscription?
Customising Your Meals:
To change your meal selections for your subscription or prepaid orders, simply log in to your account. You must do this at least 72 hours before your delivery date.
Easy Steps:
- Log in: Access your account on our website.
- Edit Meals: Navigate to the section where you can customise your meal choices.
Select Meals: Choose the meals you’d like to receive for your upcoming delivery.
